I highly recommend staying here! This unit is awesome! It is tastefully decorated with an ocean/beach theme. It’s exactly as pictured in the listing. The pictures in the listing are very accurate. Very modern. Love the color scheme. You get Such a relaxing feeling. Here are the Glows:1. Very comfortable bed and bedding2. All the conveniences of a home- hot plate, refrigerator, utensils, paper towels, dish detergent, sponge, Kuerig, etc.3. Owner provides beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella.4. Owner is very responsive. They only provided you with one set of bath towels and we stayed for 6 days. So I texted the owner for additional bath towels and they were delivered within a few hours. 5. FREE valet parking. Just tip the valet a few dollars or $5 when you use them. The attendants were very friendly. We went during the off season so there was plenty of street parking overnight without having to use the valet - just have to move the car in the morning.6. Beach was walking distance and it was gorgeous. You have to walk a block and half and then make a left and walk another half block to get to the public entrance.Just 3 Grows: 1. Get a Kuerig with more features- this was the base model and difficult to get a good cup of coffee. 2. The fixtures for the shower was a little flimsy and felt like I might break as I pulled it out to run the water . 3. Provide a collapsible/foldable cart to haul stuff to the beach.I highly recommend staying here!!!

The apartment was nice - everything stocked and ready for your relaxing vacation. Check-in was a breeze, elevators get you conveniently to the floor. The building was never too crowded, aged but neat. We loved the proximity of Publix store to stock up on the groceries anytime you wish. The beach is a big of a walk but not too far to be tiring. Pool was nice too. The restaurants are all in either walking distance or a 5 minute drive - you choose! Aiva was responding to any of my questions. The only issue with apartment that we noticed that the AC in one of the rooms was underperforming (setting wouldn’t bring temperature down enough) but it didn’t bother my kids. The rest of the apartment was cooled down enough to keep that room comfortable as well.Overall I’d give this accommodation a solid A. Well deserved! Thank you very much. Natalie

Booked a solo trip for myself my sister end up joining, perfect location and room for 2! Big enough bedroom to move around, a kitchenette and a little sitting table.. got up and jogged to the beach every morning, walking about 5 minutes.. So close! There are fancy restaurants all within walking distance, a pharmacy/store/ Old timy diner across the street as well as a Publix grocery store. Great price for the location! Had to fly into fort Lauderdale no direct flights from houston, but only an hour drive easy..

This is probably one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had! The apartment itself was gorgeous, everything we could have hoped for.. It was immaculately clean (very imp for us!), sunny, and actually incredibly comfortable! The place was packed with so many thoughtful little touches that made it quite easy to feel at home (abundant linens/towels, Brita water filter, oils/spices, delicious-smelling shampoo!, netflix/streaming options, beach chairs/umbrella! etc etc). And the kitchen worked out perfect for us. It is small, but MIGHTY. Theres a plug-in stovetop with all needed pots/pans, small convection oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker etc. The pantry was even stocked with oils/spices, which was a huuuuge help. We cooked every single day here for 2 people, and we found it perfect for ourr needs. You truly want for nothing. Also like others have said, the location cannot be beat - everything you could want is literally footsteps away, including grocery. The place is is set in this historic building with tons of character (and an outstanding pool/loggia area!). and the owner (Joe) was terrific. He made everything so easy and was constantly checking up on us… truly A+ hospitality. We felt so at home here. Would definitely recommend this place.

This cozy little condominium is beautiful and is exactly like the pictures. It's a great alternative to a hotel room in Wes Palm but want to be near the Breakers and the each. The owners are so thoughtful about little details that make for a more comfortable stay. The hotel as a whole has historical charm however could use updating.

We absolutely loved the location of this place and all the amenities! It's minutes from the beach and there's a beautiful pool and gardens on the premises. Across the street is a Publix and adjacent is St. Edwards. We rode bikes and swam and ate at all the amazing restaurants and had a great time!
